A HYROX plan built around race day
ROXER is a HYROX and hybrid race training app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It will build a periodized plan around your race date, the days you train and the equipment in your gym — then walk you through it rep by rep.
Building a plan will be free · iPhone, iOS 15.1 or later · Apple Watch companion

A block built around your race
Answer four questions and ROXER lays out every week between today and the start line — sized to the runway you actually have, not a stock twelve.
- Race date and finish goal set the length of the block and the paces underneath it
- Three to six sessions a week, on the days you pick
- Equipment you can reach — sled, ski erg, rower, sandbag, wall ball, or substitutions
- Base, build, peak, taper — you arrive sharp on the right morning
Weekly load across a sample 12-week block
Open it and know what the day holds
One session, already written, with the week around it. Preview every block and the effort it asks for before you decide how the morning goes.
- Week strip showing training days, rest days and where you are in the block
- Session type, duration and target effort up front
- Reminders on training mornings, if you want them

The session runs itself
Blocks, reps, rest and cues on screen while the phone sits on the floor. No scrolling a spreadsheet between sled pushes.
- Interval and rest timers with audio cues
- Every movement demoed in place, mid-session
- Finish and it logs straight back to the week

Leave the phone on the floor
The session syncs to your wrist. Current block, reps remaining and the clock — glanceable between wall balls, without picking anything up.
- Live step, rep count and timer mirrored from the phone
- Haptic cue on every block change
- Keeps running if the phone locks
Every movement, shown properly
Burpee broad jumps, sandbag lunges, sled work — the movements people get wrong under fatigue. Each one has a demo and coaching notes you can pull up mid-session.
- All eight race stations plus the accessory work around them
- Substitutions when your gym is missing the kit

Who is building ROXER
A small independent project, not a venture-backed team. Everything below is the current state of it — there are no user numbers or reviews to quote yet, and inventing them would break App Store rule 2.3.1.
